Designed by NRY Architects, both the residential and hotel towers are clad in a metallic-painted aluminum and high-performance low-E glass curtainwall, each tapering gracefully into a glass crown. The distinct design stands out in the skyline, while also perfectly complementing the nearby Petronas Towers. As a Grade II* listed building – a U.K. classification deeming a structure of “special interest, warranting every effort to preserve it” – there is plenty of history found within its walls. While the original glass dome of the central rotunda was destroyed during World War II, you can still sit beneath an impressive new version at the Rotunda Lounge to get a feel for what it must have been like.

Four Seasons is committed to creating the most amazing homes for residential owners. But for all its modernity, it hasn’t forgotten that its foundation is firmly planted in the Back Bay, and as a nod to this, the tower’s residential units feature operable bay windows in every room, paying homage to the 19th-century brownstones that line the streets below.

Bangkok’s Chao Phraya River is one of the city’s most recognizable features, making the area along the waterfront one of the most sought-after places to live. This resort-style urban sanctuary offers a serene and stylish respite from the rest of bustling Bangkok, complemented by the discreet and intuitive service that Four Seasons is known for.

It should come as no surprise that Nashville’s most anticipated new development was inspired by the creative energy that flows all throughout Music City. When designing the 40-storey, mixed-use glass tower that houses both Four Seasons Private Residences Nashville along with the new Hotel, architecture firm SCB sought inspiration from the acoustic guitar. Much like the instrument, the gleaming tower was designed to be both functional and beautiful, blending weathered steel with warm-coloured panels in a way that visually connects the façade with the streetscape that surrounds it as well as the Cumberland River that sits alongside it. This is, after all, one of the tallest buildings in the state of Tennessee, so it was always bound to draw attention. With an address in downtown Nashville’s upscale SoBro neighbourhood, residents will truly feel as though they are in the centre of it all.
